According to a recent AARP survey, 90% of seniors want to ‘age in place”, or stay in their own homes and neighborhoods as they get older.  The Steuben County Office for the Aging provides many programs that aim to help people age successfully in their own homes.  Join Kate Paterson, Full Circle America Coordinator, for a conversation about aging in place. This talk will describe one such program — Full Circle America Steuben.  Pioneered by Dr. Allan Teel in Maine, Full Circle America provides you with the tools and help to connect you to the people who care for you — family, friends, volunteers, medical providers and local service organizations.  If you have spent time wondering how to stay out of a nursing home, come join us to talk about this new alternative.
